My Grandma has been diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer. I hope she will feel the love and comfort we bring to her in her final days. She’s lived 99 years. I hope she will see 100.

Mephala is a strange and rather interesting green organic human fascinated by handmade stuffed dolls, eloquent speculative poetry, mythical space leviathans, and long calcified dinosaurs. She regularly fantasizes about floating above Jupiter watching the Great Red Spot spit out its eggs.
This blog chronicles her adventures on that thrilling roller coaster ride of life, attachment parenting four precocious cats (well, the cats have grown up) and 2 human babies.
